Our gong has a beautiful resonating sound and will add an aura of ancient wonder to any setting and makes a beautiful addition to any garden. Nothing has the ability to transport us to another time and place quite like the brilliant resonance of a gong. For over a 1000 years, gongs have played an important role in both religious and secular music of many Asian cultures. To be touched by a gong is said to bring happiness and strength. Each gong is handcrafted using traditional methods, thus there may be small variations or irregularities. Our gong measures 10" in diameter and gracefully hangs from an gracefult 12" black wood hanger. Measures approximately a total of 12" in width, 17 1/2" in length and includes a mallet.
