Wooden Bridge Return Policy:All wooden bridge prices shown on our site include our overweight shipping cost of 15% which is not refundable. Customer is responsible for return freight. Bridges cannot be returned if it has been assembled, stained or altered in any fashion. Bridges must be returned in original condition and in original packaging within 30 days. Return authorization required. Call for return instructions.Order Cancellations or Order Modification Policy:Our goal is to provide the fastest service possible to our customers. In order to accomplish this, orders are automatically processed immediately after they are received.
