To complete your order or check items in your shopping cart, click on the "View Cart" link at the top right-hand corner of each page. The "View Cart" link will then show a list of all items ordered. Then simply follow the directions on the page to complete your order or make any changes. After finalizing your order you will immediately receive a confirmation # and a confirmation via email for your records. Wooden Bridge Return Policy:All wooden bridge prices shown on our site include our overweight shipping cost of 15% which is not refundable. Customer is responsible for return freight. Bridges cannot be returned if it has been assembled, stained or altered in any fashion. Bridges must be returned in original condition and in original packaging within 30 days. Return authorization required. Call for return instructions.Order Cancellations or Order Modification Policy:Our goal is to provide the fastest service possible to our customers. In order to accomplish this, orders are automatically processed immediately after they are received. Thus we cannot cancel or modify your order once your order has been placed either by phone, fax or on our website. When you receive the order, you may return the unused item in its original packaging and original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by the receipt and will be refunded in the original method of payment. Shipping charges are not refunded.Refused or Undeliverable Package Policy:Any package that is refused or undeliverable for any reason will incur both the original shipping charges plus an additional return shipping charge equal to the amount of the original shipping charge. Refused and undeliverable packages are returned to us via the same method in which it was originally shipped.
